Please use one of the following sizes:

  • 42” W x 36” H
  • 36” W x 42” H

🧾 Required Poster Content

  • CNF Acknowledgement:
    “This work was performed in part at the Cornell NanoScale Facility, an NNCI member supported by NSF Grant NNCI-2025233.”
  • CNF Logo: Download Here
  • At the top of the poster (LARGE & BOLD), include:
    • Poster Title
    • Your Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Principal Investigator (PI)
    • Department
    • University (fully spelled out)

📌 Printed Poster Submission

  • Deliver to Stacy Clementson by Friday, November 14
  • Organizers will hang posters and assign judging numbers
  • Numbers will be shared before the event

  • Easy to read at a glance?
  • Color scheme eye-friendly?
  • Too crowded?
  • Logical flow of information?
  • Stimulates interest/discussion?

📐 Layout

  • Visually organized or cluttered?
  • Easy to follow research progression?

🔤 Readability

  • Legible font size/style?
  • Too much text?
  • Grammar/spelling mistakes?

🧩 Title & Identification

  • Clear and appropriately specific title?
  • Authors clearly listed?
  • Contact info included?

🎯 Aims and Objectives

  • Research goals clearly stated?

⚙️ Methods

  • Are methods detailed, appropriate, and original?
  • Sufficient explanation?

📊 Results

  • Are graphs/figures clear and labeled?
  • How complex are they?
  • Results clearly presented?

📈 Conclusions

  • Do they align with research goals?
  • Is there a memorable takeaway?

🔬 Scientific Content

  • Research context provided?
  • Accessible to experts and non-experts?
  • Sufficient scientific explanation?
