File Server Maintenance - May 25-29

During steam shutdown week, we will be updating and rebooting the file servers. User/staff logins, home directories, and data will not be available while your particular file server is undergoing maintenance.
A list of unavailable user home folders will be posted, daily, in the Cad Room.
Campus Steam Shutdown May 26th-29th

The CNF cleanroom will be CLOSED from Tuesday, May 26th at 7 AM, until Friday, May 29th, at noon, for the annual campus-wide steam shutdown. Once we open, it will probably take a few hours up to a full day for some tools and areas to stabilize. Also, note that Memorial Day, Monday, May 25th, is a staff holiday! Buddy system rules will apply that day.

It is time once again to plan for the Cornell NanoScale Facility Research Accomplishments. By Wednesday, May 20th, we need a TWO PAGE TECHNICAL REPORT from each CNF User (or small User Group working on the project). Please read and follow the detailed instructions carefully!
Save The Date! 2015 CNF Annual Meeting, Sept. 15th!

The 2015 CNF Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 15th -- please note that this is a different day of the week than usual. The meeting will feature a plenary speaker, CNF researcher talks and posters, and a corporate-funded soiree. Details and registration will be available in June.
