Emergency Generator Test - Thursday at 7:30am
Mar 11, 2014
Thursday morning starting at 7:30am we will be having our monthly emergency generator test. Under normal circumstances this should not affect any lab operations. However, there is always a possibility that problems will develop and some tools or facilities will be interrupted. If you have any critical processes we recommend waiting until 9am to begin.

Feb 26, 2014
CNF will be moving data between file servers. While data is moved, access to CNF Computing resources may be sluggish. Access to stored data may be sluggish.
On the day your home volume is moved, your "Yesterday" snapshot will be unavailable. A new snapshot will be created overnight, and previous data is still backed up to tape.
Data moves will take place during the workday and evenings to avoid conflicting with normal backups.
