Change to Waste Bottles
Nov 06, 2009
We made some recent changes to how we handle chemical waste at the CNF. Previously for all chemical waste bottles, when you filled a waste bottle, you would create a new waste bottle from labels found at the hood. Now, certain chemical waste bottles are reused, so no new labels (or bottles) are needed. Extra waste bottles for these chemicals are located under the hood. So now, instead of finding new waste labels for these chemicals, you will find plastic coated cards that remind you to look under the hood for these empty containers. Please note though, that not all chemical waste containers are like this. For many of them, you will still need to create a new waste bottle once you have filled one. Back to Top |
